Casa Palmara is located in the oceanfront subdivision known as Romantica II in the township of Los Reajelos. It is a 20 minute walk to downtown Puerto de la Cruz along the hiking trail.

It is 10 minute walk to the village of La Longuera which has about 20 shops and restaurants, along with bus connections to Puerto and the rest of the island.

Across the street are a few shops, including a grocery store, pub, restaurant, laundry, and dentist. The Casa is located right on an oceanfront hiking trail that covers the coast for many kilometers.
